Fehruz N. Cabrayilov

I started my career as a **Scrum Master** working on digital banking products, and later worked as a **Product Owner** at a SaaS startup, gaining hands-on experience in product development and agile ways of working. Today, I work in **community and ecosystem building in Baku**. I currently serve as Community Lead at the **Bir ecosystem**, home to brands such as Birbank, Birmarket, MilliON, and m10, where I focus on growing the technology community and leading talent development programs. I have **8+ years of experience in community building**. From student clubs at ADA University to the Fastgile Community and Azerbaijan Startup Community, I have contributed to communities that have brought together more than **2,000 people** over the years. In 2023, I founded **Fastgile**, where we build agile product and growth infrastructure for early-stage teams. Today, I continue to bring together product development, community building, and talent development to contribute to the growth of the technology ecosystem. I also lead the **MoveUP** side of the collaboration between **Brick Institute and Alive Baku ’26**.
