Fehruz N. Cabrayilov

I started my career as a Scrum Master working on digital banking products. I then worked as a Product Owner at a SaaS startup, gaining hands-on experience in product development and agile ways of working. Today, I work in community and ecosystem building in Baku. I serve as Community Lead at the Bir ecosystem, home to brands such as Birbank, Birmarket, MilliON, and m10, where I focus on growing the technology community and leading talent development programs. I have more than eight years of experience in community building. From student clubs at ADA University to the Fastgile Community and Azerbaijan Startup Community, I have contributed to building and growing communities that have connected more than 2,000 people. In 2023, I founded Fastgile, where we build agile product and growth infrastructure for early-stage teams. Today, I continue to bring together product development, community building, and talent development to contribute to the growth of the technology ecosystem. I also lead the MoveUP side of the collaboration between Brick Institute and Alive Baku ’26.
